Hello I am flying JAL from SFO-NRT-HKG-NRT-SFO. How do I claim the points on my QFF account?

Will I also be able to claim the points on my JAL Mileage Bank or is it limited to just one rewards program? QFF is my primary account.

Thanks in advance

Just ask at check-in to add your QFF number.

You will only be allowed to allocated to one FF program.
(Otherwise most here would be members of every oneworld program :-)

If you booked through a Travel Agent, they can put it into your booking (in Galileo, you put /JL at the end of the QF mileage number so that JAL see it), otherwise if you booked direct you can always call the airline and ask them to put it in.

Just flew to London via Tokyo return with JAL.

Put it under my QFF prog- points showed up after 24hrs. Pretty quick.

Just remember you won't get any additional status bonus points on JL, just the underlying points (mileage) with cabin multiplier.

I flew business class and got 600 status points.

If it was an AA, QF or BA codeshare flight number then you are entitled to status bonus, otherwise you will simply earn the number of miles flown multiplied by cabin (x1, x1.25 or x1.5).
