Does anyone out there know if a "Main Stream" Airline can claim China Airline Flights (Taiwan).

For example on my United Mileage Plus FF - I can claim Emirates flights.
Registered Users don't see this and have the option of removing all other advertisements.  Register HERE

I've been to Airlines Websites which I mainly use and they seem not to be partner with China Airlines.

Or China Airline not good enough to be a partner ??
