I normally go with 1Cover for Travel Insurance and have used them for the past couple of years for international trips. Their premiums are low and I've never had to make a claim so can't really comment on their service.
For an upcoming trip to Thailand, I recently did a price comparison after finding Citibank through google and was actually a little shocked at the price and what it covered.
For my girlfriend and I, 9 days comes up on 1Cover as: $89.60 (basic), $119.60 (Essentials), $140.42 (Comprehensive)
on Citibank the lowest premium type is Essentials at $102.87 (Essentials) but it appears the same policy level as 1Cover's Essentials ($119.60).
But Citibank covered a few more things, for almost $20 less.

I wasn't aware that Citibank did Travel Insurance separate from their credit cards. Has anyone else used them before?
