I noticed my priority pass card says expiry in August 2015.. Do they send a new card after??

Remember that you are the only person that can use the 2 single entry primary card holder visits. Any guest with you will cost USD27 billed to your Citi card.

The process works very well. I have used my 2 passes along with paid guests. A good adjunct lounge access for when you are flying on carriers you have no lounge access.

Just out of interest, I already have a PP account but also a 2nd one from the Signature card freebie - both in my name. Would I be able to give this account to my wife to use as the "primary" or does the user have to match the name?

(I also had the supp card holder rejected at Changi earlier this year).
 
Hmm... I was just about to post regarding this. I get priority pass with westpac so I have just had my Citi supplementary card holder taking the card that comes with the Signature. We've just noticed that it has expired and no replacement has been sent (nor have we been contacted). Can I assume that Citi have taken issue with it being issued in my partners name and not mine? That sounds like a fun Citibank phone call....

I don't really want two separate PP accounts in my name
 
Only issue I have with Priority Pass is there is no sync between PP & Citibank. If a new credit card is received during a Priority pass cycle, you must login at PP and update credit card details. Otherwise, attempting to use the PP card at an authorized lounge will result in the PP card giving an error, and no lounge access.
 
I lost my card and just received the replacement.

Pretty much like a new card pack. I've enrolled the new card into priority pass.

Would the card I received under the lost card number still be valid? I've used it once.

Could come in handy for access on a trip in October to have an extra lounge access.
 
You will have 1 remaining visit, if your in a PP cycle, regardless of the card.
 
Does anyone know when the cycle starts from. IE. is it a calendar year or taken from when you join?
 
Surely there's something funny happened recently with Citi and PP. I was trying to access lounges at Singapore Changi and got rejected.

When called PP they said since the card has been issued via Citi I'll have to contact them for an update. Then I called Citi. They said the card I have was invalid and gave me a different card number. I went to the lounge and asked them to enter the new card number manually to see if it works though it failed again. I then emailed both PP and Citi about this.

I got a reply from PP two days later saying all Citi issue PP's have been discontinued. However, Citi managed to get me a new PP card couriered to my overseas address within 5days so i could use the lounges on my return. I was able to check in to lounges on my return trip and happy overall with the effort of the concierge team at Citi.

The total number of complimentary visits will be reset two at the beginning of each membership year while you remain a Signature cardholder.

Don't know that it's that clear from what you have presented. All it says is "membership year".

I'd say that it's pretty clear from the mention of being reset each year that the intention is for it to be ongoing, and that membership refers to membership of the PP program. I guess the wording is because the PP membership year is likely to be out of sync with your Citibank annual renewal (e.g. annual fee payment time).

So I just went to check on the status of my PP, and I just noticed that they've renewed their website. Using my previous login (membership number) and password (the one I created before, not the PIN from the letter) it asked me to register a new account with a username.

Having done that it now shows that my PP renewal occurs in Feb next year. There is no visit history, which I assume means that I still have 2 visits remaining. This is a card that I last used in Dec 2014 (I have another one through Westpac Altitude Black).

So FWIW it seems that membership is ongoing and renewals happen "automatically".

I'm on the fee free for life signature and haven't received a new priority pass card after the first year one lapsed. How do I rectify this?
 
Log on to the Priority pass site and check your status and if not happy send them an email

I received an out of the blue email from PP with a website login and pin 2 weeks ago for the new 'digital' card (expiry Dec 2016). I am also on the citi free for life deal as well.

Used successfully last Friday at HKG Plaza Premium Lounge.
 
Do they check your name against your boarding pass / passport when you use your PP card? E.g. could I give my PP cards to my parents to use?
