I didn't work for me with my Citibank. But, then again, Citi never works right... :(
Do you get charged a 2% cash advance fee with ANZ when doing one of those BPAYs?

Yes the fee is charged. Haven't tried it with my Citibank but thanks for letting me know :)
 
Give it a shot. I wouldn't rely on my experience as Citibank is very inconsistent!

I'll take your word for it. Don't want to be slugged with a cash advance fee. I only found out that it works with ANZ because they warn you after you put the biller code in that the transaction will be a cash advance (if the biller doesn't accept CC payments through BPAY, and of course one can double check with the BPAY website).
