Just thought I would drop this in here for any afficionados or American-bound travellers bearing gifts.

My cigar supplier, Wal Baranow (baranows.com.au) in Hawthorn have finally been approved for duty free sales. This works out about AUD100 on a box of good cigars. I bought there for an overseas trip paying normal Australian duty and they were still cheaper than the duty free shop at Melbourne Airport.
