I recently stayed at a Quality Hotel in Hobart they just recorded my member number (no swipe things)

Standard was great I will only stay at Choice Hotels now, although on a trip to SYD in a week I have to Stay at Accor.

2 Nights Accom for 1440 Points isn't bad @ 6 Points per $ Cause of the bonus.

Sorry to dredge up an old thread but I'm trying to determine whether it is worth signing up for Choice Privileges membership or just credit to Velocity instead for some upcoming work stays. I got an email from Velocity that there are double Velocity Points on hotel stay during September and October (Velocity Hotels Partner Promotion Registration Card), ie. 6 points per $1 at Quality hotels.

Has anyone credited Quality hotel stays to Velocity recently? Or should I just sign up for Choice?
