A number of connecting pax from ADL didn't have their checked bags onboarded. AirTags in two bags indicated they were sitting under the International terminal still, with later activity sending them to the AirCargo terminal and back (perhaps they didn't want the bags to get bored).

No advice to pax on arrival, with all having lodged delayed bag notices. Trying to find any form of assistance in ZQN terminal is pretty challenging. No confirming email of their claim and no advice of any action.

Disappointing thing was that there was a JQ flight on the same route 5 hours later and the bags weren't included on there either.

Looks like the bags are now sitting at the relevant gate and might make it today.

Great start to a NZ holiday.
