I'm looking for some recommendations for a cheap (>$10) unoaked chardy mainly for cooking.

Our household is 98% red drinkers so we don't know much about whites, other than I like making sauces using them. I've run out of all my vinomofo salvation case whites so I'm on the hunt. If we're finishing off the bottle with dinner we'd probably prefer a fruit-forward style.

Any suggestions?

Aldi.

I would also say the wine selection in PAL economy is not fit for anything - yuk.
The Aldi Amaretto is also top value by low on alcohol - top up with some DF scotch

The 1Lire French Chardy from Aldi is a cracker- but hard to find/ variable arivals, usually around national France day.
