Cheap Business Class Europe fare

Is there any way I can book cheap business class to europe for next year in April to may 2019 from Melbourne with velocity partner airlime where I can get status credit and points also or even from somewhere in Australia would also be ok or even asis would be fine too

Best bet is to look at etihad departing jakarta or manila. I can see mnl-cdg or fra around the $2900 all through April/May.

No real 'deals' to speak of currently unfortunately
