Chauffeur - Passengers Allowed?

My wife & I are travelling to the UK early next year. She is on an award ticket in J and I am on a commercial ticket in J.

I am entitled to the Chauffeur service and she is not

If I book a car to take us to the hotel will she be allowed to travel as a passenger or does she have to be entitled also?

Yes I have been a guest a number of times on Economy class and when I wasn't even flying, but best to mention it when they call to confirm usually the day before?
