Chauffeur Drive with Emirates Flights booked with QF points

I have the chauffeur option also - EK metal booked with QF points -ADL - MEL - SIN. I can book the chauffeur on Qantas site ADL airport drop off for the domestic MEL flight to connect with the EK flight. I can also book SIN collection and Hotel drop off.

On the EK site I can't book the chauffeur ADL - airport but I am given the option of booking chauffeur for drop off to MEL airport, and again SIN hotel drop off.

Confusen. Three weeks time I'll update with what happens.

I've never used CD before. My flight has EK number (not QF) and booking option shows on EK and QF website. We are a group of three and have 3 suitcases. The website says you can pay for a bigger car, but given we are entitled to 3 cars, does anyone have experience in getting 1 bigger car instead of multiple cars? There doesn't see to be a direct phone number for CD.

The CD company (normally Brunel, unless it's change recently) will phone you 24-36 hours prior to your flight ex-Australia and confirm a pick-up time with you. That is the time to tell them what size vehicle you will need.

Sitting in the chauffeur car now so it all works well. I didn't get any separate confirmation call or email so I called EK and they confirmed and also gave me a number for Brunel in BNE who were able to confirm.

We have 4 large bags for the 2 of us, plus our carry-on bags. We just booked 2 cars, one for bags and one for us. IF they call us to confirm we will offer them to just provide one car, otherwise, our bags are traveling in style.

Our family of 4 - and 6-7 luggage recent travel from BKK - SYD and Emirates arrange a big Mercedes to pick us up and drop off both end . 6 seaters 2 of those with 2 child seat me and my wife can seat very comfortable . The car have adjustable space so we can fit 4 big + 3 small suit case at the back . Book using Qantas point with EK418 Metal .

Just call them up to arrange this and let them know how many ppl travling in your group . I called using the Bangkok number and the agent is very helpful . They normally only allow pick up 3-4 hours before your flight time but this guy arrange to pick us up 8 hours before as we need to be at BKK earlier to say goodbye to other family
