Changing the return leg of a Qantas International Flight

Hi Everyone,

I flew over to London via Dubai at the start of April and have a return date Mid-August. I tried to see how much it would cost to push my return date back a week online but it wouldn't give me an option to do so.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I would go about changing the return leg?

Was the flight booked online or via a third party?

If third party then changes are not allowed online.

Booked online by myself through the Qantas website.

The check the conditions of the airfare. It is possible that changes are not allowed.
