Changing an award booking via the QF webstie

A newbie question as I have booked award flights before but never tried to change one... I booked a RTW OW award that I am going to call up and get changed tonight, but I also booked an award flight from Perth to Adelaide to start it which i now want to change to Per-Ade-Syd...

Can i change this via the QF website without having to pay the 3,500 QFF assisted booking fee for over the phone??? the couple of times I have had to call up to trya nd book something, i have never yet got them to wave the assisted booking fee...
