Has Qantas changed rules/procedures for booking chauffeur drive transfers in respect of flights with QF flight numbers on EK metal?
I have a J class booking on QF1 to DXB then onwards to Europe with EK, returning on QF2 a month later.
In Manage Your Booking I had been seeing chauffeur options for transfers to and from the airport.
I booked a transfer to the airport in Australia but didn't know my address in Europe.
Now I have my address in Europe but suddenly MYB says "Sorry, you are not eligible to book a transfer from the airport.".
Further, it won't let me book a transfer to the airport in Europe for the return flight.
I can book that one via the Emirates website. But obviously it won't let me book the transfer from the airport to home in Australia.
I had assumed this was part of the qantas.com difficulties :shock: but since RedRoo assures us they are over ...
Is anyone else having issues with this?
