Yes it is a slow Sunday waiting for flight in lounge.

There are a number of users who have an unusually high post count and I do not seem to recall the user actively posting on the forum. This does not mean much on it's own and perhaps they are posting a lot in forums I do not visit.

Some of the time I am certain the user name is new with a high post count. Is there a way to find out the old user name without going back through old posts?

Name a user name, even by PM. There is at least one I'm aware of that has been changed.

I think I've spotted a couple, but who knows. As far as I know there is no way for us to tell. Send me some names and I'll see if I agree!

Hmmm, what would they be trying to hide?
Not saying or even implying they are trying to hide anything.

One of them is quite obvious as the change is name was due to a new job role.

Another was a change because they were getting married.

Perhaps I am nosy but if someone has been posting as Arthur for 5 years and then changed their user name to Martha it would be nice to know as sometimes there is posting history/clashes between certain users. Not important. Not even an issue. Just nice to know.

And I understand this is something that does not need to be advertised to all and sundry.
