I purchased goods to the value of $413 at Big W and have only received 191 points. I was expecting to receive 383 points.
Has the earn rate changed and I missed it?

I started a thread about it soon after the news was announced but the thread is listed on page 2 now of the forum discussions so it's easy to miss.
I'm not very impressed. Big W also no longer participate in the bonus point scheme so it's barely worth me making the extra effort to get to Big W anymore.

Big W lost all my business since the "enhancement" to $2 per point.
Me too, no longer worth going out of my way to BigW anymore

I too used to shop at Big W frequently, but the offers from flybys I've been receiving recently from both Target & Kmart has made the need to shop at Big W less & less warranted.
Wesfarmers are really driving new customers from Woolworths limited & it's amazing that Woolworths limited are standing by losing market share by not embracing their own loyalty program.
I think of it the other way around. Coles dropped out of the 5% discounted gift cards from Entertainment Book and Woolworths has been having 5% off and sometimes 7.5% off through Entertainment Book and Groupon. My shopping at Woolworths and Big W has increased due to the availability of 7.5% discounted gift cards, especially paying for the cards with AMEX Plat Edge to get 3 MR/$1.
Fair enough!
But my point on the lack of Qantas Points earning opportunities at Big W v the abundance of fly-by offers at Kmart/Target is quite confound at the moment.
IIRC Dans only once or twice offered Qff points via Edr. Big W had regular offers previously. I think because Big W profits have slipped is why we have seen a drop in the point earn and the total lack of bonus point offers. Hopefully Big W doesn't try to become another Kmart by stocking no name brands.
