They most certainly can rabau - everybody and anybody is more than welcome to attend - come along and meet some fellow AFF members and enjoy a convivial or 3 - I will add your name to list.

Thanks Tom ... got to get back to OZ from Istanbul safe & sound first.
A friendly riot complete with rubber bullets, water cannon & tear gas here last night made life interesting for an hour or so

Interesting may be underselling it a bit

This weekend, more than likely oanother demonstration will take place.
All within about 150 metres of where I am staying; could also prove "interesting".
Will depend on whether the police wish to escalate things so they can use their muscle rather than just try to intimidate & threaten the crowd, which is their usual tactic.
Sadly I expect more water cannon, rubber bullets, tear gas etc will be in use again.
At least the water cannon helps clean the streets a bit.
