CDG Lounge Access

we are flying to& from Paris via Dubai on QF tickets on Emirates. I am Gold FF and my wife a Qantas club member. we will have 2 kids with us 10 & 14 . I know we have lounge access in BNE & Dubai . Can we access Emirates Lounge in CDG ( i can with one guest I know but with 2 kids ??.) or any of the One World Lounges in CDG Terminal 2 - AA or BA ?

There is a topic on this over on the FT Emirates Forum (if I'm allowed to mention such things here!) ... the results there seem to be pretty mixed.

Official policy (as you've discovered) says "No" but there are instances such as yours where access has been allowed. I'd be tempted to take the advice of one of the posters: take the family up to the Emirates Lounge (the entrance is situated almost directly opposite as you exit Duty Free, and then up a level) but approach the desk alone and discreetly ask whether you can bring in the children with yourself and your wife. Personally I've found the desk staff at CDG very approachable but have never had to ask them for this particular favour!

The Lounge can get quite busy - without being overly crowded - so might pay to ask as early as possible.

I don't think you'd get much success at the CX or BA as the flight needs to be OW metal.

You won't get any love in CDG from oneworld lounges as you need to be on a oneworld operated flight. I'd definitely try the EK lounge but they are variable in application of the rules (from friends' experience in DXB: some have been allowed in with kids, some haven't). Good luck
