CC e-passes for QFlounges - Still valid if CC cancelled?

Does anybody know if these electonic passes can be taken away if you cancel the card that issued them? Qantas have just sent me a couple for the premier card and i am also going to ask ANZ FF black to send me theirs too. If i were to cancel either of these can anybody confirm if the passes can somehow be retracted? I'm hoping it will be like QFF points as in when the points hit the bank cant then retieve them off QF.
