Good to have you along. Your partner is also most welcome - feel comfortable either way.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

As an ex-Canberran, who still visits regularly, I have been keeping an eye on the Kingston get-togethers. It looked like I was going to miss out again, but a fortunate change in plans means that I arrived in Canberra yesterday and will be here all of the coming week, so I would like to join you all this Wednesday!

See ya'll at 1800 on 18 May April at the Kingo. The table will be in the name of AFF or something sounding like that that he heard over the phone.

Looks like we have, let me know if I missed anyone, or if anyone has 2nd thoughts:

Keen to get along to one of these one days but I'll be in SYD that weekend golfing at NSW and the Aussie.

I'm keen on attending one of these in the future (maybe, if I can gather enough courage!) to learn tips and meet people. Unfortunately I can't make this one.

No courage needed, we're all extremely friendly, and striking up a conversation is easy since we all have a love of a certain thing.
(Personally I love these events as I know that we can have a conversation for 2 hours straight about planes and it doesn't bore people  )

Ok, I've put you down for the next one, then you'll have to come. We were all novices at some stage. Our favourite conversation is points / and spending them. :)

Drakecula - I'm a freelancer myself with this caper and thought I'd have nothing to offer but I can vouch everyone is very friendly and helpful. And we're a broad church with broad interests so feel free to attend the next one. Hope to see you there.

Hi just joined the site and would love to come along with my partner and chat about points and travel!

Can I confirm it is this Wednesday night (18 April) at the Kingston Hotel?

Haha, okay, we'll see if I can make the next one. I'd love to learn more points earning tips, as I have a goal in mind and am hoarding and earning points as best I can. Going by last year, the next meet up will be in July, so I should be around.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight :)

Yep, 6pm at the Kingston Hotel :) If you can't find us in the restaurant area when you arrive, just ask a staff member where the "AFF" table is.

We aren't in NZ as planned, but I won't be able to do this evening.

We had a great turnout at the Kingston Hotel tonight! Here’s a photo of the group:
