Hi, i am traveling from syd-mel-hong kong- mumbai on cathay pacific?
should i do the health declaration online if i am not going outside the hong kong airport ( just transiting through hong kong).

still does not say clearly on sites that if transit throught hong kong, i still need to do health declatation -online..thanks
