No sign of my impending CX bookings on the QF site and no sign of an Amadeus reference on the CX site (though the flight isn't yet ticketed).

Just a heads up that CX Award Flights (via QF) are showing wide open availability..... unfortunately, this is a bug and I was unable to confirm 2x legs via the QF call centre

Hi, has anyone had any experience with the CX award waitlist system? I'm waitlisted 2 * AKL-JFK on 22 Dec 12 under 3 options and would like some idea of the chances of one of them coming through.

Also, I'm trying to get 2 * CX partner airline award flight LHR-AKL in mid Jan 13 and am having no joy getting any acknowledgement from CX that I've even requested these, despite leaving messages on their 'customer service' voice mail and emailing them via the Asia Miles website.

Has anyone had similar experiences? How did you / have you been able to get it sorted?

Any help much appreciated.
