Cathay Lounge access Singapore

I am flying PER to HKG via SIN tomorrow. I am a Qantas Club member and have silver FF status.
The PER to SIN flight is a Qantas flight and the SIN to HKG flight is a Cathay flight - all booked via Qantas website. (Travel class N)
My question is will I be able to access the Cathay lounge in SIN? I know that I can't use the Qantas one.

I am guessing you are flying on a CX flight number, so the answer would be no

No. I don't believe so.

You'd need to be a OWS (Sapphire - blue) / Gold member to access a OneWorld lounge when flying on a OneWorld airline.

IMO QF should change their policy and allow SIN lounge access since they abolished direct PER-HKG services

Or perhaps just PER access on CX (they do have an international lounge, right?)

For just a few dollars you can buy access to lounge or just shower facilities in all SIN terminals. WiFi is free throughout Airport. You can also pay to get into a small 'gym' with a couple of treadmills with shower after. So not a big loss without lounge access. If you have a few hrs then renting a room in airside hotels is another option (pre poking essential).

In PER international CX uses QF lounge.

Note that if they OP flew 3K (Jetstar Asia) from SIN to HKG they would have lounge access.

I've never been offered the "pre poking" package at the Transit hotel in SIN.... Seems like the airport (code) for it though!

just give it a try when you get to SIN - they might relent given they've given you no choice but to travel on CX to HKG...

otherwise hopefully you have a priority pass to be able to get into the Skyview Lounge which is what CX uses anyway

3K is not an alternative to CX. Completely different market segment IMO.
