Huge amount to withdraw, pending won't go through, they were Accor Refundable bookings
which have been cancelled. Booked Non Refundable bookings a few days back through Shopback.

They certainly have faced a whole bunch of new competitors in recent years, no doubt it’s a wafer thin margin business with high overheads (staff, head office costs)
 
ANZ owned, so certainly not broke. Perhaps simply not generating any revenue?
Absolutely wild to me that the national airline of New Zealand owned the company. You’d think they’d lose enough money operating their airline as it is! /sarcasm

So I guess that leaves us with ShopBack and TopCashBack, the latter of which does have decent cashback for Accor.
