I just checked again and the $20 is still pending, but another $10 had arrived as approved - may be worth checking back in if you have transferred everything out

I'm sad to see them go and I think they're handling this shutdown a hell of a lot better than most businesses that have to abruptly close down. I guess that's the benefit of deciding to shutdown, rather than being run down until Administration becomes inevitable.

They didn't "have to" abruptly shut down. It was ANZ's decision. No one actually ran out of money, just that Nuno didn't see it as his core business. And I imagine that he didn't wan't to draw too much negative publicity. Hence the gracious and generous shutdown arrangements.

In my case I'm quite happy, all my pending items have been approved and (apparently) the money is on its way. Shopback here I come.

Mine have changed to paid but no money yet. I assume it is just the sheer volume of payments. I’m glad there is the ANZ backing in this case. Otherwise I would be starting to wonder!

I cashed out on day 1 of the announcement and it arrived a few days ago. Think it's just taking time given the sheer volume.

It has been 5 business days for me and still waiting.

I do note my acknowledgement email indicated:

Cashback is usually paid within 4-7 business days.

In reality, that could be up to 10 calendar days.

I have all but two $20 Cashrewards cashbacks and one $14 Virgin Australia still pending. All other VA were approved this afternoon.

The 2 $20 cashbacks have been declined. The balance has reduced by $40. The one remaining unapproved VA is still there as pending.

I will contact them.

I requested cash out last week, then 2 days later and the last one another 2 days later.

The first payment was received on Monday which is 4 business days after first cash out request.

No sign of the other 2 payments which may mean they are processing lots of requests.

I withdrew my last $170 on the 8th and it was paid into my account on the 15th.
