Heard about that on the radio the other day. Just a lesson to turn off the ignition and take the keys with you I guess.

Our cars have Navman so we can go and intercept the stolen car with enough force that a "reasonable man" would use.
To be more certain we use the police to get there first so the driver can discuss his problem of getting into the wrong vehicle.
It is nice to get the car back very quickly.
 
The car probably stopped at the end of the bridge, after J* Dom. That's the only location I can think about where someone can speed off to the highway.
