can't delete redemption nominees

is it just me?

I have nominees older than 6 months (older than 12month to be exact) yet the delete button is grayed out when i goto the nominee section in my profile

i don't want to do the call center/form method as then the charges will be more so rather do it myself.

anyone else had issues or can shed some light into the matter?

In my experience tare unlikely to charge if you tell them you cant do online.
