cannot search LAX SIN etc for Xmas 2015??

Has anyone else had this problem? Am searching for J classic awards (Y also not working though) from Melbourne to any of Hong Kong, Singapore, LA over the Xmas New Year period. I get "flight search error...no outbound flights available". Also: "error #9200". Called the centre and they said "they haven't released the flights yet".
Thing is, we are looking from 365 days out and checking several times per day. I would expect that 353 days prior there would be some Y tickets based on past experience. The error messages seem weird.

re LA, nothing much left over the xmas period - but they were released at the time (zero Y though from early Dec onwards, but definitely some Y+,J,P).

Try search for November,all dates,bring up all classes, then roll the month forward.

I have received the above error, searching for a specific date, (due to no y availability), without the opportunity to bring up other classes (of which there was availability)
