Morning all!

I have a DXB-GVA award flight which I want to change to DXB-ZRH (and bump up to J); which means cancelling and re-booking I guess. I can't cancel it online (tells me to call). Should I be able to do this through the normal call centre team or do I have to wait until Monday when the QFF call centre opens again?

Can't believe their QFF call centre is Mon-Fri only!

Thanks :)

Just call 131131 and select the appropriate option. (option 3)

Its is ticketed as a standalone flight, or is it part of an award redemption involving multiple flights. You cannot make changes within 24 hours of the FIRST flight of an itinerary which obviously includes situations where that flight has been taken.

Thanks, I went through option 2 in the IVR and spoke to someone after 25 mins - all done. It was a standalone flight, so she was able to change it for me.

Cost me a fortune in additional taxes though!
