From 1 October 2022, Canada is removing:

The ArriveCAN app (passengers can still choose to optionally pre-fill the arrival declaration online to save time at the airport)
Vaccination requirements for inbound arrivals
All remaining COVID-10 testing and quarantine requirements for travellers, including random testing
Requirement to wear masks on flights
