Can QFF Platinums get Y award seats released?

Ok, so seatcounter says that the flight has plenty of N-class fares available. I have called Qantas, and asked them about an award seat, to which they replied 'no, none available on that flight'. I explain that I had advice that Platinum members have been able to release N-class fares, but they claim that they can only release O-class (of which there are none). I asked for a manual request be lodged, to which they complained to me about, but begrudginly did. I guess I can only wait and see...

... (pardon the ugly presentation): ...

For stuff like this, I use a linear font like "Courier New":
BCDHJKLMNOQSVY
96499999800899

Or if there's multiple spaces/formating to be considered then [noparse]
Code:
<text>
[/noparse] tags do the trick:
Code:
[COLOR="Blue"][B][U][COLOR="RoyalBlue"]BCDHJKLMNOQSVY[/COLOR][/U][/B][/COLOR]
[B]96499999800899[/B]

Cheers, noted for future reference. :)
