Hey everyone,
Probably a dumb question - did some google search before posting here. Got some positive answers for the bread, not so positive for the cheese, so thought I'd ask -
Can I take bread and spreadable goat's cheese on board an international flight ?
More details : I've recently fallen in love with the beetroot sourdough by Laurent, made fresh everyday and sold in Coles. I like to pair it with some spreadable Goat's cheese from Aldi. The total price of this combo is roughly AU$8.49 and is a pleasureful treat to indulge in alongside a glass of wine/champagne.
I'd love to take this combo with me whenever I fly so that I could pair with the wine from the flight.
Last night over a glass of wine, I asked my flatmate if I can take bread and cheese on board and he said "Bread maybe, but cheese no", so I got Googling and found that one can take bread (for sure?), but no one was clear on the cheese. Some posts mentioned that one can take hard cheese (say, Cheddar) but not spreadable or soft cheese (say, mozzarella or goat's).
After downing another glass of Chardonnay my flatmate confidently said that "Nah, you can't take bread too".
Can someone clarify, please ?
