Hi,

I have a flight in April, LAX to BNE, and just got notice from my travel agent that the flight will now leave 10min later than initially planned. While it really isnt an issue, I am wondering if I could request a flight change because of this? I would like to push the return flight back by a day, and figure if they will give me a change I might as well take advantage of it. I know my ticket wont allow me to make changes as I am on Economy, Class O.

Any advise would be great.

thanks

chris

Depends on the airline's policy and the agent's mood on the day, regardless worth a shot (or two!). Worst case scenario, they say no.

10 mins seems unlikely.

1hr + I would say might be a more reasonable change that they'll switch the flight for free. (You'll need to convince them you cannot make the new flight......)

You've got buckleys of getting the airline to waive the change fee on it.

10-15 min. time changes happen all the time, it would IMO have to be well over an hour before they'd even consider it.

It's not whether the agent wants to change it, it up to the airline, like anything, you dont ask you dont get, but dont hold your breath
