Is this the general J type lounge that all the carriers are using? I can't find out anything aside from UA referring *A golds to this lounge.

Is there also a QP at CNS? The write up on the CNS lounge on the QF page makes it sound like they run one also ... interested to know if all the different references to CNS lounges are really just the one ... "The Reef Lounge"

There is a domestic QP at CNS but the Reef Lounge is all on the international side.

And the Reef Lounge is the only lounge at Cairns International. It's a Cathay Pacific/QantasLink/Jetstar/??? lounge. (Qantas Club is at the domestic). Perhaps you can guess what it once was?

Thanks folks. Thats rests my mind at ease somewhat.

I've emailed UA to see if their J ticket holders will have access. Seems like the answer would be yes, but their webpage sort of hints ... No (!!??). At least I'm clear now on the number of lounges available heh, unnamed "contract lounge" for int connections has to be this Reef Lounge, that will make my conversations a bit easier and less confusing :)

The Dom lounge is really nice, large and modern since total update of terminal. The CX lounge at Int. is drab and boring, this may change later this year when this terminal also get a huge update.

There's a domestic QP - the reef lounge I believe is located where the old international QF JL used to be.

Posted on a wing and a prayer ...

It's not so modern, but I thought it's not that bad. I've been there a few times now.
