but I'd be interested to hear of any others. Did I read somewhere that Sri Lankan offer this service out of LHR?

Its out there, but Air China do on cash/revenue tickets.

But for ease, Emirates offer CD on most long haul flights > 3hours.

Etihad do in SYD MEL & BNE (distance from airport variable for each site)

Seems an appropriate thread for my question as I can't seem to work out a definite answer on the EK website.

Flying EK metal SIN-BNE in J booked as an award seat on QFF points. Will I be able to get chauffeur drive to SIN airport and/or from BNE airport? If yes will two adults and an infant be able to go in the one car?

Any on Qatar?
No mention of it on their website so probably none. But knowing that their nearest competitors, EK and EY have chauffeur, it seems a bit strange that Qatar does not provide.

Yes, though there might be an additional cost for your child.

Flying EK metal SIN-BNE in J booked as an award seat on QFF points. Will I be able to get chauffeur drive to SIN airport and/or from BNE airport? If yes will two adults and an infant be able to go in the one car?

I flew this the opposite way last September for the F1 with 2 adults and a 5 month old in J (QFF award, EK flight number). Had chauffeur at SIN end no problems. At BNE end I was connecting from SYD so didn't get the option.
