On a last minute trip to SYD, and was about to confirm a QF booking at a rather high price when I remembered some VA points I had so booked a J award. I assumed (yes I know, but was in a real hurry) they were all 738s but seems I'm on an Embraer. Are they all configured with J class now? I'd be mighty disappointed if there was none on my flight. On way to airport so can't really research this ATM. Thanks.

All Business seating with 1x2 for the first two rows.

Cheers serfty, good to hear. I did manage to find some posts recommending row 2 over row 1. OLCI cough itself so its a lounge checkin and seat selection for me.

Row 2 is better, try for 2F as you have the legroom and the seat next to you for odds and ends. It's a nice little jet.

For seat selection, just call.

Row 1 and 2 are much of a muchness at our height - those taller may find it different.

Just me in J. :) Checked in at the lounge kiosk and they had placed me in 2A, which is what I would have chosen anyway.

Good to see they are all proper "business class" now.

E190 J Class

Good evening folks,

I'm booking some flights (Mel - Ool via Syd) and a couple of them have the E190 on one of the legs, are all the E190's fitted with the new J cabin?

Thanks!
Nate

Re: E190 J Class

I actually prefer J on the E-Jet than the bigger brother...

Re: E190 J Class

It certainly look's a lot more cosy, in a good way.

Thanks for the replies guys!
