I think most people on this forum know what to expect when they get on a jetstar flight.

Hard to be fooled into what you might be getting when you're paying 1/3rd-Half of other full service carriers Business class.

Don't disagree but Jetstar Business Class Max is not that cheap. Look at the choices Qantas and ancient 767's and a not so frequent service and Hawaian who seems to get mixed reviews and of course Jetstar all are a pretty average lot . I know Jetstar is not exemplary in standards and you get what you pay for. Just disappointed I guess.
