Business Class lounge access on arrival

I am flying long haul Business class Qatar airlines KL - Doha - Athens arriving 12:25 am (1 April)
I then have a domestic flight from Athens departing 12:30pm the same day.
can I access Qatar or One World Business Lounge whenI arrive in Athens?
( Qatar has changed the scheduling of their flight Doha Athens this week! When I booked my FF RTW ticket this flight arrived in Athens 6:30 am now it’s just after midnight)
If I can have access to a Qatar/One world Lounge what will happen to my luggage as I believe I will have to clear customs before collecting luggage so therefore won’t have access to air side lounge? Hope someone can help as 12 hrs in Athens airport will be awful!

Short answer, no you won’t have access.

Long answer, maybe if your connecting flight was on OneWorld, a lounge was open and you could check your bags in that far in advance.

as far as I recall, no domestic Greek airline is a member of OneWorld so.... no luck

Book into the Sofitel - it’s 1min walk from the terminal. Or take a €20 10 min taxi ride to Artemida for cheaper options (but factor in the €40 rt fare). You simply won’t want to hang out at the empty terminal
