Business class - chauffer + no surcharges partner airline?

Hi all

I have noted that there are a small number of Qantas partner airlines that offer chauffeur service on certain routes to Business class passengers including award tickets.

And separately there are a number of partner airlines that one can redeem points for a business class ticket and not pay any fuel surcharges (American, JAL...)

However are there any partner airlines that you can redeem points for business class flights on that (a) have no fuel surcharges and (b) offer a free chauffeur service?

As far as I can see there are none but I'm happy to be corrected.

I'm not aware of any...
