If anyone is interested, there is currently Business class (I) award availability for several dates in March 2024 for 90,000 miles and up (plus taxes). They are using TG to BKK and then BR to LHR via MEL and also BR via BNE/TPE.

I booked one myself very recently, and I don't expect them to stick around for long.

Interesting that Aeroplan cannot see them, at least on a straight MEL-LHR search. Though there's plenty of SQ availability on Aeroplan, so you don't really need to worry about relying on TG/BR.

I'm off to LHR on SQ in a few weeks time, so it will be interesting to see how BR performs in comparison. They get very good reviews, and at 90,000 miles, is hard to beat.

And, of course, UA can't see SQ business class award availability. A bit like QF and QR....
