Brisbane International lounge access

I am Velocity Gold and have booked BNE-NAN return in Business with Virgin Australia over this coming New Year's.

Can you please confirm that I will have access to the Air New Zealand lounge at Brisbane as per the Virgin Australia website?

I suspect you should have lounge access.

I accessed the BNE Koru Club in May as a VA Gold travelling VA BNE-AKL.

Thanks JohnK. There seems to be a lot of conflicting information as it is a Pacific Island route.

Either way, if VA wish to be considered a full service airline, lounge access for Business class and status pax is a must, regardless of route.

It'll be a new lounge in a different location I believe with a scheduled opening of late 2015 or early 2016.

Nothing wrong with NZ Lounge in BNE international. Reasonable selection of hot food, self serve free booze and comfortable seats. Only thing missing is runway views.

Apart from a lack of runway views, during my visit in May I also thought the NZ loune was fine
