Brisbane dinner - 28 November 2026 (after the MasterClass)

[Mattg]

I'm silver. Need to check the calendar. Cash is a pain so is PayID an option? The PayID could be shared by PM in advance to stop a queue of pax requesting details.

I think this can probably be arranged.

There's a chance I can make it... Allergic to shellfish!

Please confirm in the thread if your “chance” of attending becomes a “yes”.

If you're attending the upcoming Frequent Flyer MasterClass in Brisbane on 28 November 2026 (or even if you're not), you're invited to join us for an AFF community dinner afterwards.

Here are the details:

• Time: 7pm
• Location: Golden Palace Chinese Restaurant
• Cost: $55 per person for the Peking duck banquet set menu
• BYO available with a corkage fee of $8/person (wine only)
• Additional drinks will be available to buy from the restaurant's bar on the night
• The restaurant can accommodate dietary requests if you inform us in advance
• Please bring cash on the night as we cannot split the bill. The banquet menu and corkage will be payable at the start of the night in cash to @DC-Treks, who will then settle the bill for us with the restaurant.

Thanks to @DC-Treks for helping to organise this!

Thanks

Count me in! Platinum.

It should be all OK - it's after the last day of school (and before our marking and reporting week). 49 assignments would have landed on my desk about 3 days before then, but I think I can enjoy a dinner and it'll still all be OK.

We can mark them for you
