Trust me; the last thing I want to do is start another BRG thread!

Just having some troubles navigating the rules when there is a promotion on like a Discover More across Multiple days (I think I almost get the BRG rules on one night though by the time I finish this post they will likely change again ;-).

So for a 2 night stay I request the Best Available Rate on IHG.com and I select the 'lowest rate'. If I then see on another site an offer for a 'Discover More' 2 night stay discount that ends up being cheaper than my IHG.com booking (assuming all things equal i.e. same room type; currency etc.). Am I entitled to a BRG claim (or hopefully be successful in one)?

Secondly, if I am buying 2 rooms; my guess would be the BRG deal only applies to the first room?

Any insight or pointing to a good resource on this would be helpful thanks.

Your in luck i saw this thread even tho your question is straight forward. Here's what you do . Book the two nights under name then submit the Brg claim you will get the first night for free and the second night at the lower price you found . Then under the second guests name get them a IHG account and book it under their name as long as you don't live together then they will get the same treatment .

The problem is I have never heard of discover more hotels or website and after googling it it shows me a credit card if that's so it will be denied because the lower room rates are not available to the general public . As a side note never say the site your using in a public forum because if say someone else uses your site by the time you make your booking the site will no longer be active :)
