Bpay tickets

I did bpay to pay for tickets on Friday night and still have not received anything, I have been on phone since Monday, longest 3hrs , today it's been over 4 hrs waiting .
Has any one had this problem??
 
Welcome to AFF.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Qantas doesn’t like issuing eTickets or answering the phone. If your flight is sometime away, you might want to wait a while until you chase it up. If the flight is soon, you will have to brave the phones. There are some tips in this thread.

I am in the same situation - Bpay on Friday night and no tickets yet. Bookings though Bpay have always taken a few days to ticket though I can't recall being a week. I will wait for a few more days and then follow up. Luckily not needed for a couple of months.
I did wonder if Bpay need a manual generation or have been impacted by DSC promotion.

Another week down and no ticketing. Lucky not flying for a while - seems to be a dog's breakfast.

From sad experience its taking a week to 10 days for the BPAY payments to filter from the Finance Dept to ticketing - I've just had to call to have one week old payment expedited (supposedly to be issued with 24 hours)

Mine has been over 2 weeks so will wait a little more then chase up. Annoying as I want to make a change to the return flight :confused:
 
An update on the BPAY delay. I bit the bullet and rang yesterday about 1pm. Straight through to the Suva call centre (I asked). On hold while agent called ticketing but they weren’t answering. She gave me the option of hanging on or she woukd email them with the request and I would get the eTicket in 24-48 hours. Fat chance. Anyway took that option as not flying till July. Then I get another ‘Payment must be made by midnight’ email. Ring again later (again no wait) and agent says ignore that and she can see where the previous one had sent the email to ticketing. Low and behold ticket arrived this morning. Made the change to date online and new eTicket received as well. Apart from the angst of the long delay, all sorted.
