I'm flying out of Logan Boston in Qatar business class. I'm pretty sure that gives me the option of all OneWorld lounges. Does anyone know which is likely to be the best for a shower and decent snack before an 11pm flight?

Qatar will advise you at check-in which lounge you have been assigned (and won't be turned away from). You are free to use other Oneworld lounges (if different) but midnful of moa999's warning.

When I flew QR J out of BOS in 2016 QR directed us to the AF lounge. We went to the BA lounge first which was alright but no windows IIRC. AF lounge was pretty average and overly warm. Food was average there too. I think BA have a new lounge there which can't be worse than the AF one. Didn't check out the showers in either.
