This is more out of interest, but has anyone had bookings stay on their FF Account (QF) after they have completed the booking?

I have one that is 3 weeks old, and wondering if it will disappear or just stay there for an eternity?

Does the fact that it was a cancelled and rebooked fare make any difference?

I had that happen to me when they added a Qantas Drive "sector" to the end of a booking. The system never removed it after the drive was complete and it only disappeared when I call up about it.

I have had something similar and that also required a phone call.

I had the opposite happen.

A number of unused sectors (5) simply disapeared. Luckily my assistant knows a thing or two and kept a note of the reference numbers. So far, there has been no problem in redeeming at least two of them. One was redeemed for a J sector showing on the website at a greater value than the voucher. Yay me.

Go figure!

I've had a couple hang around for a while.
