Booking woes...

So i am booking a ~ run from BNE-Rocky.

Using whats left of my gift card, after completion of the booking it turns into another gift card...

So then i call up 131211 and then got someone who insisted that it can not be fixed but assures me the ticket has been booked, even though i was asking to have to fixed so i can manage my booking, instead of seeing it as a voucher.

Then after a bit of to and fro, it was fixed to the extent to which i can get into it. Probably my mistake from here because i let her go before i checked it all.

For a BNE to Rocky flight on a 717, I assume i can choose seats?

But apparently not when I log in.

So is this another error on Qantas part or really no one can choose seats on this particular flight.

Starting to wonder why i bother doing this....

BTW she told me i can not put in my ABN if ticket is under 1000 for future reference. ............
