Did a dummy run late last night and found we could get two award seats on an earlier date so everything is looking promising:D
At least now with all the wonderful help you have given we are a lot more confident of choosing the right plane and hopefully the right seats.

Are you able to book FF seats in segments using say QF to HK and then BA to London:idea:. QF seems to pre-determine the airline. :?:

Yes, Do a multi trip search.

QF and BA are usually shown, other airlines like CX need a personal call to the FF centre to determine availability. CX usually costs more points.
