Booked flights using 3 stacked gv and wait listed points UG on two sectors. At T24 app still sowing as requested so called to check and was told that the bot failed to pick up request in system and threw error. Called again and got QF premium who got done manually. Same now happened on return sector but no J seats left at T5 in lounge. Looks like bookings using multiple GV which need to be manually ticketed confuse the QF automated upgrade process? Btw im WP and booked 7 weeks ago.
